FAQs

Where is your office and what are your office hours? Do you Provide Telecoaching?

For the time being, I only provide Coaching and Consulting services.

I am beginning to resume in-person coaching services, when appropriate:  My office is at 1078 N Marina Lane, lower level.  There is parking available.

While I conduct my practice business under the corporate name, Prescott Counseling and Consulting, Ltd, I no longer hold office hours in Prescott, AZ.

I see clients on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday from 9am to 4pm.  I am doing projects and administration on Tuesdays and Fridays.  It is my practice to return phone calls to prospective clients on Tuesday and Fridays.

Payments: What types of payment do you take; Do you accept insurance reimbursement?

Client payments are due at the time of contract. I accept check, cash, and credit cards.

Please note that coaching services are not covered by insurance plans

Sessions: How frequently will we meet, how long do sessions last, how long does it take to change?

Our first step is to have a brief free Discovery Call regarding your needs.  If we mutually determine that we are a good fit, we will discuss the likely frequency of coaching and make a contract for coaching services.

In general, the more specific and recent the problem, the shorter the time it takes to resolve the stuck or uncomfortable situation.  This can take as few as a handful of sessions.  And likewise, longer seated, complicated problems may take a longer time to resolve, as many internal and external systems are possibly involved.

Coaching sessions generally last 60 minutes, however we may contract for shorter or longer sessions as agreed upon.

As I believe in coaching homework/ experiments in order to create sustained change in your life, you can expect that you will have clear steps to work on in between sessions.  This will facilitate the breakthroughs that you have chosen to make.
